Kraftwerk
The old electricity generating plant.
Kraftwerk is the place where most of the showcases are presented and the label events are held, it is also equipped with the festival's most advanced sound system. The old building from 1912 built in the Jugend style used to produce electric power for the mine in its day.
The shadowy coolness of Kraftwerk induces concentration and focus but as darkness falls, the temperature rises and the pace picks up as the floor gets going.
At some occasions the large doors are opened, allowing the dancing guests to gaze out into the swedish summer nights, while extending the dancefloor to the grassy area in front of the building.
