Astrid Ymén

Astrid Ymén is a singer and composer from Stockholm. She holds a BA in jazz vocals from the Royal College of Music (2026) and has in recent years expanded her musical practice into electronic music and sound design.

Working with synthesizers as well as manipulated samples from field recordings, her own vocals and existing music she creates developing ambient soundscapes cloaked in familiarity and intimacy. 

At Tingshusparken, Astrid will perform parts of her electronic solo-repertoire using laptop and vocals.
