Elcay (Next Chapter/Åre Basklubb) is a DJ and club event organizer with roots in jungle, but the love also extends to dubstep, footwork/juke and everything bassy in between. Since starting out in 2009, Elcay has played at clubs, festivals and open airs both in Sweden and abroad.
