Elvin Brandhi

Elvin Brandhi is an improvising lyricist and sound artist from Wales who performs stream of consciousness lyrical trips over explosive and abnormal beats made from field recordings, tape, vinyl, instrument and voice. Brandhi’s artistic journey has taken her across cities like Vienna, Kampala, Berlin and Cairo, with frequent collaborations along the way, and releases on the labels Hakuna Kulala, Xing, Krai and C.A.N.V.A.S.

At Norbergfestival, Elvin Brandhi will situate her improvised mixture of voice and sound inside of Kraftcentralen’s industrial setting for an intense and unpredictable experience. Expect the unexpected.
