Fascia

Asta Norborg aka FASCIA is a composer, digital artist, programmer and curator based between Malmö and Copenhagen. Her work is interdisciplinary, merging electronic music with performance using a mix of self‑built instruments, sensors and digital manipulation to expand the body into the stage, drawing on themes of queer transhumanism.

At Norbergfestival, FASCIA will deliver a synaesthetic and multimedial DIY performance of noise inside of Krossverket that blurs the line between the organic and the synthetic. Expect manipulated voices, pulsating bass and electronics acting as both physical extensions and bodily interrogations, creating a physical experience of self that reaches inwards and outwards throughout air, taking form in both aural and visual content.
