Paide

Pawel “Paide” Dunajko is promoter, record label owner, music curator, DJ. Since 2010, he has been a leading figure introducing listeners worldwide to Chicago’s dance and music culture—footwork. Owner of the cassette label outlines, specialized in releasing music inspired by the Japanese footwork scene, fast and abstract tempos, visual arts, and design.
He has performed alongside Chicago’s most prominent footwork producers: DJ Rashad, DJ Spinn, Traxman, and DJ Earl. He has played at festivals such as Unsound [Krakow, PL], Sanatorium of Sound [Sokolowsko, PL], and in Japanese clubs [Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya].
His sets are a fusion of the outlines sound, minimal techno, dub, glitch, and footwork, creating surprising hybrid forms.
In 2026, his label, outlines, is celebrating its 10th anniversary.
