Practical Info

Tickets from 2020 are valid for Norbergfestival 2022.

We only sell tickets through Tickster.

Ticketswap is our official ticket resale partner — we do not recommend buying or selling tickets second hand in any other way as validity cannot be guaranteed.

Norbergfestival is made possible by a big team of amazing volunteers, many returning each year. We're always immensely grateful for everyone's hard work, and we want to ensure the best possible experience for everyone involved.

We specifically want to provide access to knowledge in sound technology, lighting, or construction to people who usually don’t come in contact with these areas. We also want to encourage the sharing of skills between volunteers.

Current volunteer opportunities involve artist care, coordinating build-up and takedown of the festival, working with area infrastructure, assisting the coordination of bar and food areas, and more. More info and sign up here

The festival site address is Gamla Banan 6, 738 33 Norberg, Sweden. The site is situated ten minutes by foot from Norberg town centre.

Caravans are allowed outside the festival area, at the racing track west of the camping site. For camping site conveniences, book Caravan Camping by lake Noren, 20 min by foot from the festival area.

The Norbergfestival site is a preserved mining facility which we are grateful to gain access to. We do our best to make all venues and spaces are accessible to everyone, but some areas on site have limited wheelchair access. The inside of Mimerlaven consists of several floors with no elevator, but the ground floor has full wheelchair access. All other stages are fully accessible. There is an accessible toilet on site. If you need assistance or escort to the festival, please contact us at and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

As a public event, Norbergfestival is required to adhere to Swedish public event policies, including specific COVID-19 restrictions and recommendations. As of February 9, 2022, all COVID event restrictions are removed in Sweden, but it does not eliminate the possibility of reintroduction in the time coming up to the festival.
